I bought my first fourplex in 2011, when the market was still recovering from the crash and loans were hard to get. Easy money wasn't an option, so I learned to grow one property at a time: buy it, fix it up, rent it out, refinance, and do it again. Back then, it was simply the only way forward.
Over the years, that grew into a little bit of everything: single family rentals, multifamily, heavy renovations, construction projects, flips and land. I'm still actively investing today. So when you bring me a deal, I run the numbers the same way I would on my own.
As a broker, I can shop programs from many lenders instead of being tied to one. But the real difference is that I've sat on your side of the closing table more times than most people will in a lifetime. I know what's at stake when you're stretching for a property and need a lender who can actually close.
When I'm not working, you'll find me outdoors with my wife and our two kids, hiking a trail or spending the day at the beach or one of Florida's springs.
